Speedway offers surcharge-free ATM to M&T Bank clients

M&T Bank card customers can now avail of surcharge-free access to M&T Bank automated teller machines (ATM) recently installed at 120 Speedway locations in New Jersey and New York, in addition to existing bank-branded ATMs at 48 Speedway stores in Pennsylvania.

The newest addition to Speedway c-store services, stated a company release, has been the result of an expanded agreement between M&T Bank and Cardtronics.

Cardtronics is the world’s largest ATM operator providing services to approximately 200,000 ATMs in North America and Europe, including Speedway’s.

“Our New Jersey, Long Island, and Pennsylvania customers now have convenient and surcharge-free ATM access while on the go across the region with our new presence at Speedway’s well positioned retail stores,” said Rich McCarthy, senior vice president for retail banking at M&T.

Speedway is the United States' second largest company-owned and -operated convenience store chain.
