QuickChek appoints new real estate VP

QuickChek Corp. has announced that Randy Carlin has joined the company as senior vice president of real estate and development, reported CSPnet.com.

Carlin has more than 20 years of corporate real-estate experience including in acquisition, leasing, site selection, development, construction, lease administration, facilities, sustainability and energy management.

“Randy brings a wealth of experience in store development and real-estate administration that will be a great asset to our team as we continue to look at the best ways we can serve our market,” said QuickChek CEO Dean Durling.

Carlin’s responsibilities will include directing QuickChek’s site selection, new store strategy, store engineering and construction and property development teams.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to join QuickChek, for the challenge of having responsibility for managing their real-estate program, and working with Dean and his team in helping this company continue its growth and path for continued success,” said Carlin.

Family-woned QuickCheck currently operates 143 retail locations in New Jersey and New York.
