English Español Mexico: Total opens 30 gas stations in Aguascalientes

The French fuel company has teamed up with TTC Mexico to open 30 service stations in one single day in the Mexican state.

After partnering with TTC Mexico, Total has expanded its presence in the country with the opening of 30 gas stations in the state of Aguascalientes, reports Innovación Económica. The French oil company is now the main gas station group in Aguascalientes.

"Having such an important alliance as the one we are making with TCC Energy not only strengthens our presence in Aguascalientes, a key state for our operations in the country, but also strengthens our relationship with large business partners," commented Marie Djordjian, Managing Director of Total Mexico, as reported by La Jornada. "Their confidence in Total's experience makes us feel proud and even more committed to continuing to offer the best guarantees of quality and service."

Today, Total has 7,000 employees and more than 230 stations in Mexico. 37 years after its establishment in the Latin American country, Total intends to consolidate with 460 gas stations throughout the national territory by 2021.

Total is the fourth largest oil company in the world, with more than 17,000 service stations worldwide.
