FR Refuel acquires Mississippi network of convenience stores

Merger and acquisition experts Matrix announced the successful sale of Double Quick.

Double Quick has sold its network of convenience stores and gas stations to South Carolina-based FR Refuel

Double Quick operates 48 gas stations locations, five stand-alone QSR sites, and offers proprietary food service or branded QSR concepts at 34 of its convenience stores.

Various acquisitions made Double Quick a notable player in the Mississippi Delta convenience store market.
