USA: Mister Car Wash expands footprint in Florida, Arizona

The company added its 30th location in Florida with the acquisition of Avatar Car Wash, and opened its 9th store in the greater Des Moines area, Arizona.

Mister Car Wash, United States’ largest car wash company, has expanded its presence in Florida and in Arizona with the addition of one centre at each location, according to two separate company’s press releases.

In Florida, Mister Car Wash acquired Avatar Car Wash, bringing the company’s total number of stores in the state to 30. The centre will service Mister Car Wash members in the St. Cloud and Greater Orlando area.

In Arizona, Mister Car Wash opened its 9th store in the greater Des Moines area. The new centre will service residents of the capital city’s northeast side in Ankeny. It is the company’s fourth new build in the area since opening its Urbandale store in 2018.

In addition to the new centre in Ankeny, Mister Car Wash has plans to open two additional area locations in Grimes and Marion in 2021.
