The first LNG refuelling station in Chile is a collaboration between HAM Chile, Lipigas, Transportes San Gabriel and the multinational AB InBev.

HAM Chile, a subsidiary of the HAM Group, in collaboration with Lipigas, a Latin American energy company, launched the first liquefied natural gas (LNG) refuelling station in Chile, according to a company's press release.

The site is located very close to the Ruta Cinco Sur (Pan-American Highway in Chile), which is part of the country's main terrestrial communication route. Concretely, this new station is located on the premises of Transportes San Gabriel, Linares, Maule Region.

The first LNG refuelling station in Chile has been possible thanks to the collaboration between HAM, Lipigas, Transportes San Gabriel and the multinational AB InBev, a company that will incorporate 35 LNG trucks to its fleet, which will be refuelled at the new location.

Lipigas, a company with a presence in Chile, Colombia and Peru, is a major player in the Latin American energy market.

HAM Chile Spa, a leader in cryogenic equipment and works, has been working for several years in South America, having its own staff and facilities in the metropolitan region of Santiago.
