English Español Changes on ORLEN Germany’s management

Jarosław Marczak and Dariusz Pawlik will leave the Management Board, which will now consist of only two managers.

Polish multi-energy group ORLEN, parent company of ORLEN Deutschland GmbH, has decided that Managing Directors Jarosław Marczak and Dariusz Pawlik will leave the company.

Marczak took over as Chief Executive Officer of ORLEN Deutschland GmbH in February 2023 and was responsible for the Strategy & Projects, Human Resources and IT divisions. Pawlik had been part of the Management Board since April 2018 and was most recently responsible for Supply, Wholesale and Logistics as well as Retail Fuels, Marketing and Corporate Communications.

The current Management Board now consists of Piotr Guział and Oskar Skiba, who will take over the responsibilities of the departing professionals on an interim basis.

The company was founded in March 2003 and it is a 100% subsidiary of the Polish multi-energy group as well as part of the international ORLEN Group. It currently operates over 600 ORLEN and star filling stations on the German market. 

Based in Elmshorn, it is one of the ten largest petrol station operators in Germany and has been the main sponsor of record German handball champion THW Kiel since 2016.
