Last update:

China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec) has started to provide a new service at its stations in Beijing – vegetable boxes that can preordered through an app.

China’s leading fuel refiner and retailer has started selling vegetables across 340 gas stations in the Beijing area. Customers can preorder a seven-kilogram vegetable box through the Easy Joy app. These boxes can include tomatoes, carrots, broccoli and eggs, reports ECNS.

The goal is to provide more convenience to local residents by proving boxes that are expected to last three days for a family of three.

Around 600 boxes have already been sold at Sinopec gas stations.
