Q8 launches Neste’s renewable diesel in Belgium

Neste further strengthens its presence on the Belgian market by expanding the availability the diesel with Q8.

Following the launch of Neste MY Renewable Diesel on the Belgian market in July, Neste has now entered a partnership with Q8 to offer the product on seven Q8 stations during this year.

Neste MY Renewable Diesel is a premium diesel made entirely from renewable raw materials. It helps reduce the greenhouse gas emissions by up to 90% when emissions over the fuel's life cycle are compared with fossil diesel, according to the Finnish company.

"These locations were chosen strategically in order to support the development of the market," explains Sven Dochez, Director Supply & Innovation at Q8. "And our ambitions do not stop here. If this offer is successful, we will extend the implementation in our network."

Neste and Q8 are convinced that all solutions are needed to reduce mobility emissions as a contribution to the European goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
