Woqod opens two new petrol stations in Lusail-Fox Hill and HIA

The two new openings brings the total number of Woqod sites in Qatar to 69. Both stations have more than 8 dispensers each.

As part of the Woqod's ongoing expansion plans to be able to serve every area in Qatar, Qatar Fuel "Woqod" opened Lusail – Fox Hill and Hamad International Airport petrol stations on Wednesday 17.

The two new openings raise the company’s network to 69 sites.

"Woqod aspires to expand its petrol station network in the country to meet the rising demand for petroleum products and achieve the goal of providing customers with access to best-in-class products and services at their convenience and comfort,” said Woqod's CEO, Saad Rashid Al Muhannadi.

Lusail – Fox Hill station is spread over an area of 9,400 square meters and has 4 lanes with 12 dispensers that will serve Lusail City and its neighbourhood.

The HIA site spreads over an area of 11,700 square meters and has 4 lanes with 8 dispensers that will serve those frequenting Doha City and its neighbourhood.

The local retailer has recently accelerated the process for the construction of new petrol station and will announce the opening of new petrol stations during this month to meet the fuel and energy needs of the country.
