English Español GRIDSERVE to sell surplus food at its Gatwick Electric Forecourt

In partnership with Too Good To Go, users will be able to acquire daily leftovers of Costa Coffee and Little Fresh products.

Last update:

GRIDSERVE has partnered with the Too Good To Go app to offer its users surplus food from the brands of its London Gatwick Electric Forecourt.

Daily leftovers from the Costa Coffee and Little Fresh locations are now available on the Too Good To Go app. This allows customers to purchase products from both brands for a fraction of the cost, while helping save the planet.

The company estimates that they will save 100 meals a month from being wasted, helping to avoid 300 kg of CO2e emissions.

GRIDSERVE now offers four Surprise Bags each day, each priced £3.50 and filled with goods worth at least £11. These include fruit, vegetables, sandwiches and snacks from Little Fresh and sandwiches, salads, pastries and cakes from Costa Coffee.

The bags are loaded onto the app in the mornings for users to reserve, with collection taking place between 6pm and 8pm from the Costa Coffee counter at the London Gatwick Electric Forecourt.
